Weight loss, week 1!

Well, my first week back at slimming world was great!

I went to the evening class, it started at 5:30 and ran until 7 PM!

But from next week I will be going to the 9:30 class on Tuesday mornings.

My plan from here on out is to stay for the support group, I stayed for it tonight, and I found it very helpful.

There were lots of great tips and ideas, advice, and friendly banter.

I got weighed when I got there, and I am starting off at 14 stone 10.5 pounds.

For my US readers, that equates to 206.5 pounds.

I got all of the literature and I got a new card, and once Sarah does her paperwork I’ll be able to log into the app and keep track of my weight, view recipes, tips etc.

I also bought myself 2 boxes of Hi-fi bars, they are slimming worlds version of a chocolate bar.

They are 3 Syns each, so not too high in calories.

I got the fruit and nut kind, and the chocolate orange kind.

My plan is to have a really great week! I’ll be staying home this weekend, so on Thursday when I go grocery shopping, I’ll get lots of fruit, meat like chicken and steaks, and lots of vegetables.

Plus my water for the week!

I’m really feeling positive about this! I know I can do it! I can lose those pounds!

Anyway, this was a great first week, and I’m very happy with how it all went.
