Rejoining slimming world

I’ve made a decision to rejoin slimming world.

I miss the support of the group. I miss the encouragement and comradory.

I got a text from my consultant Sarah this morning, saying that new or rejoining members are welcome to come back and giving the times of the classes.

I read it, and thought about it, and I decided that it is worth it to me to rejoin.

I tend to do better with my weight loss when I have the extra support.

So tomorrow at 5:30 I am going to go and get weighed in.

I know I’ve lost some weight since I was last at slimming world. Not sure if my scale is right, so I am going to go by their scales.

Whatever I weigh tomorrow when I weigh in, that will be my starting point.

I’m happy I’ve made this decision. I feel it’s the right decision for me.
