I am feeling so nauseous. I feel terrible.
I’ve felt like this since early this morning.
I couldn’t go out with my mom and sister because I was feeling so bad.
I just feel horrible.
This is no fun!
I slept on and off all morning.
Its 3:20 Pm now. I am going to try to stay up for a while.
My dad just made me a mug of tea to see if that will help.
I hope it does.
Therapy Bits 
Is it the Trulicity dose change? Hope not,feeling ick every week for every shot would be worse than a flu bug💙

Yes, it’s the truly Citi DOS change The doctor said I could experience nausea when going up on the dose 🖤🖤

It helped a little, I just ate some chicken soup to see if that will settle my stomach 💞💞💖💖

Do you have any Zofran? I find it helps a lot with my worst migraine nausea…

No unfortunately I don’t, I have fenergan though if I need it but I don’t have a with me at my parents house I’ll have to wait till I get home tomorrow
