I made a big mess

I just threw up all over my bathroom. I just couldnt stop.

I could barely breathe.

Surprisingly my reflux feels a lot better, now that I threw up. All the food I ate for dinner seemed to be caught in my chest.

I made a big mess.

I tried to clean it up as best as I could. Not sure I managed to get the bathroom all the way clean though. Poor Frances may have to clean up my mess in the morning.

I feel bad for her but there really is nothing that I can do.

My stomach still feels bad, but the heaviness is gone from my chest now.

Thank god! Maybe now I can sleep!
