Well, I was determined that I was going to go out for a walk with Nitro and Frances this morning!
I woke up feeling a lot better, the reflux was gone, and the nausea had subsided.
So as soon as Frances came we went out!
It’s a beautiful day today! It was perfect weather for a walk!
Not too hot! It was just right!
We walked for 25 minutes. I felt so much better afterwards.
It felt refreshing to be out in the fresh air!
When we got back I checked my phone, we’d done over 2586 steps!
It was just over a mile!
I’m going to go out again on Thursday!
I’m happy, Nitro is happy, so, win, win!
