Fandango’s story starter #60

It would be easy enough to come away from that encounter thinking that you’d escaped unharmed, but it would not be true. Someones always watching, watching and waiting to pounce. You think your safe. Secure. But are you really? No chance of that. And although you do all you can to keep yourself safe, prowlers are always on the look out, opportunistic, waiting for you to slip up, leave a window or door open, so they can pounce and do you harm. The world is a cruel and very unsafe place nowadays.
