Monday motivation August 22nd

Another great week! I drank plenty of water, ate healthy food, and tried to exercise as much as I could!

I did not weigh in this morning. My plan is to weigh myself tomorrow morning, so I will report on that once its done!

Last Friday I bought plenty of fruit in my shopping, I also bought plenty of water!

When I get hungry throughout the day I fill up on fruit and water!

Tomorrow morning I am planning on going out walking with Nitro and Frances. Nitro hasn’t gotten out for a walk in a few days now so he needs a walk!

We will probably walk for 30 minutes!

Then the plan is to keep using my treadmill too this week!

I hope the scales shows good results tomorrow! We shall see!
