Food and exercise log for August 19th

So I am going to start logging my food and exercise again.

Today here is what I ate.

Breakfast:

Wheetabix with blueberries on top
Mug of tea

Snack:
2 peaches

Lunch:
Slimster bun with ham and a couple of doritos.

Dinner:
Baby potatos, peas, chicken

Evening snack:
2 more peaches

drinks:
3 litres of water
plus 2 cups of coffee

Exercise:
30 minutes of walking on my treadmill
