Disappointing result at weigh in!

I was up half a pound at weigh in. I know that is not much. But I just don’t know how I was up because I did everything right. I wasnt eating junk, I wasnt overindulging, but all I can think is that either its water weight or muscle from all the exercising I’ve been doing.
I know though, in the grand scheme of things half a pound is nothing!
If anything it has made me more determined to lose a significant amount of weight next week. I came home from my weigh in, ate wheetabix and blueberries, 2 mandarins and a peach, and then I went on my treadmill for 20 minutes.
I feel great now. My plan is to go on the treadmill again this evening, probably for 30 minutes, while I am watching one of the soaps on tv.
I know its unrealistic to be losing every week, thats just not sustainable.
Heres to a better week next week!
