Dogs, dogs!

So my parents dog charlie has this habit. When nitro is around he’ll pee. I mean he doesnt normally pee in the house, but for some reason, when Nitro is in the same room as him, he pees.
I think he’s marking his territory!
Its a weird thing! He has even tried to pee on nitro once or twice!
Have you ever seen this behaviour in a dog? Do you know why he might be doing it? I dont.
Its hard when I go to my parents, because Nitro mostly has to be kept in my bedroom when I am there. I hate having to confine him to just one room. We do let him out occasionally but Charlie won’t leave him alone when he’s out in the kitchen or living room.
I know Charlie’s still only a puppy, at 8 months, but poor Nitro is old, and all he wants is peace and quiet!

  1. I’ve never seen that exact problem. Ou very old dog has lost her housebreaking and pees in the dining room and kitchen. She never does it when anyone is there, so we can’t correct her. She knows it’s wrong apparently. We’ve tried everything the vet and the internet have suggested, and she just won’t stop. I have to clean up the floor at least twice a day. The floor in the dining room was totally ruined and we had to spend a fortune replacing the flooring with waterproof flooring. We’re going to have to do the kitchen next, but I don’t know how we’ll be able to afford it, floors aren’t cheap.
