Making myself exercise!

so I went on my treadmill this afternoon for 20 minutes. I am trying to get back in the exercise groove now again. I have decided to do another 20 minutes in a little while. I really don’t feel like it but I am going to push myself.
Anyone else care to join me? Motivate me?
I’ve already walked for 1.5 miles today.
I’d like to get up to 3 miles, I’m hoping this extra 20 minutes will get me there.

  1. I understand. Yesterday and today I made myself exercise. I didn’t want to…… way to go for working out even when you weren’t motivated. You’ll reach your goal this way! Awesome job!
