Exercising!

I am so proud of myself. I have done 2 workouts today!
I went on my treadmill for 2 15 minute sessions!
I really worked up a sweat! I feel great though! It really made me feel great, and I feel great about myself as well.
I am hoping to continue this trend all week!
Its so true that when you exercise your mental health is all the better afterwords!
I was feeling very anxious this afternoon, and emotional, and then I hopped on the treadmill and did my workout and the anxiety lessened!
Its not totally gone, but its gone enough that I am able to concentrate on reading, or the tv.
I’ll count that as a win!
