Weight loss update

I am very proud of myself. I have exercised every day this week. I’ve only done 10 minutes on the treadmill each day, but I’ve consistently done it since monday.
I am feeling a whole lot better after that short exercise workout each day.
I am also eating very healthily, I’ve cut out all the junk food, and I am not ordering food, instead I am cooking my own food at home.
The plan is, for me to go back to slimming world on Tuesday, and start back with weighing in each week. I’ve found slimming world to be a great supportive environment in the past, and being accountible to someone each week has really spurred me on to lose the weight.
So fingers crossed this works! I’m excited! I know I can do it! I can make it work!
All I need is the motivation and the kick in the butt!

  1. Good luck with the weight loss – especially the exercise and home cooking part of it. I think that is more important than the actual weight loss. (I tell myself that because I am hopeless at loosing weight. 🤣

    1. Oh I know how you feel, you’re right though, it is more important that I do the home cooking and the exercising healthy eating and exercising is so important and is half the battle when it comes to losing weight 😎😍😊
