    1. Keeping a food diary is part of my slimming world diet as well I have to admit thought I find that hard to do because it kind of triggers me you know with us having some ED behaviours and all 💙😗

      1. Yeah, I tried to tell myself I was happy with my weight but really I’m not I’m very overweight like about 60 lb overweight so I really do need to lose some 💙😆😀🙂😁

  1. I have to be strict with what I eat and watch calories. I have PCOS which deals with hormones and weight issues. If I eat white bread, white carbs with no nutrition I gain weight like crazy.

  2. Only once, and I am just backing down on sugar and carb intake. It has been successful. Not really a diet, just want to see if I can do it. I love Bread, and coffee creamer! Both I have cut out completely.

      1. I’ve lost weight, and feel better in general. I notice the longer I do without bread the less I desire it, bread was very hard for me. I have always loved bread. 😀😊
