Sunday Writing Prompt-Poetic Justice

Sara is our host for Sunday Writing Prompt

Welcome back to, Sunday Writing Prompt!

Poetic Justice: An outcome in which vice is punished and virtue rewarded, usually in a manner peculiarly or ironically appropriate retribution for ones actions.

The KICKER for this week is, I would prefer anyone who feels inspired by this prompt to write in a poeticfashion. It doesnt have to rhyme, but there should be a tempo, pace, a personal cadence.

*******************************

You lie in wait

Waiting, watching

For that exact moment

When you will strike

Innocent victims

Not knowing what your capable of

Little children

Innocence in their eyes

As you come at them

Ferociousness in your mannerisms

Little hands

Little feet

Struggle to get away

But how can they

Get away

From you?

They just get swallowed up

And spit out again
