Today is 14th June

I’ve had a pretty good day today. I still have a lot of anxiety going on, but overall the day was ok.
I worked in the afternoon, on friendly call. It was my first day back in over a week.
My shift was good, and all of my clients were doing well.
I took a nap after work. I slept very fitfully last night, so I needed a nap to recharge.
Then I worked on catching up on my blog reading, and my emails.
Its still very warm here today. Not as warm as it has been over the weekend, but right now at almost 8 PM its still 18 degrees c and I have my electric fan going as I am very hot.
Mood wise I am struggling a bit. I am trying and therapy today was helpful. But we are dealing with a few ongoing issues from different alters, so its a battle to get through all that.
I will work every day for the rest of this week. Work keeps me distracted, and it reminds me that I am not the only one going through hard times. Some have it way worse than I do.
I am just going to relax for the rest of the evening in front of the tv, and after I finish watching the soaps, I might read for a bit.
I am currently reading an amish fiction book, its my first introduction to amish stories, and I am loving it.
I hope you’ve all had a good day. Stay well and stay safe.

  1. Stay safe, Carol. I’m glad your week is going moderately well. If you’re much of a tennis fan, Queens has started this week, so that’s always a nice sport to watch if you wish to wind down.
