Morning grogginess

I woke up feeling so groggy this morning from the meds. I hate this feeling.
I took a shower hoping it would help. It did a little bit.
My head feels very cloudy. And my hands are shaky. I was making coffee and I almost dropped the mug of coffee on the floor.
Plus, I got up at 6 and had planned to stay up but at 7 I had to go back to bed, the grogginess was just too bad.
I think the grogginess is from the haldol and zyprexa.
The mix of the two is a lot as I am on 10 mg of haldol and 15 mg of zyprexa.
Just hope it will ware off as I have to work later on this morning.

  1. It could be the Zyprexa. When I was taking it, I slept a lot, I just couldn’t stay awake. I also gained over 100 pounds in about 9 months. For those two reasons, I refused to take it anymore. In the 20 years since I stopped taking it, I’ve only managed to lose about 50 pounds, I just can’t get back to where I started.
