Poem-Leaves

Di AKA pensitivity101 is our host for the 3 things challenge. Yesterday she gave us these three words.

HATE
LEAVES
HABIT

I’m going with the word leaves and here is my poem about them.

gently blowing
in the morning breeze
the leaves sway
to and fro
Standing on the foothpath
They crunch under my toes
Crunch, crunch
soon they will fall
off the trees

I wrote this poem last year in autumn.
