Plans for the week #WOTW

This week I am working on things I can do to recover from my mental health crisis. I’ve been really unstable, and I feel I need to try to remedy that in some small ways.
I am planning on maybe taking a day or two off of work, if I dont feel up to working due to ongoing distress and instability.
I am also planning on doing a lot of self care things. Taking lots of hot showers, and putting on nice scented body spray and body lotion afterwords. The shower always makes me feel good. It really soothes me.
I am also planning on trying to get some nutritious food into my body. As you all know one of my alters, emily is struggling to eat any food, and she has been purging and restricting this past week. My goal for this week is to eat something nutritious every day.
I am also planning on finishing a couple of books too this week. I adore reading. I love escaping into books. It takes me out of my head, when my attention is on my book, I feel happy. This week I am planning on finishing up 3 books that I am currently reading.
I also plan to go for a few walks with my dog this week. I think getting out into the fresh air will be good for me. I will also go on my treadmill if I cant actually get out walking. The goal is to do both.
