My morning

I fell asleep on my recliner last night and I woke up this morning with a sore neck. I woke up a few times in the middle of the night but I stayed lying down, I figured if I got up I’d only wake up more and I wanted to get some more sleep.
Frances came this morning. Before she came to my house she went and got my groceries for me. I was going to go with her but when I knew the weather was supposed to be bad I just asked her if she’d go for me. And after all that the weather wasnt bad this morning. Its dry and cloudy but not raining or windy.
Anyway she got my groceries and when she got here she put them all away.
Then I got in the shower, I was feeling very anxious and so I thought I’d shower while she was in the house, as I felt light headed and kinda was afraid in case I fell while I was showering.
She’s doing some housework now. She’s vacuming the floors, mopping them and then she’ll cut up my melon and empty the bins and do the dishes.
After she leaves I have to work on friendly call for a few hours. My supervisor already sent me my list of calls that I need to make.
My CPN sarah is phoning today. I am glad about that. I really need the support.
The weather is meant to be bad again for the weekend, so it looks like it will be a lazy weekend, where I will just read, watch movies and tv, and rest a lot.
