Feeling depleted?

This week fandango has asked us:

How do you recharge when you’re feeling depleted?

Well, what I usually do is, I will take a nice hot shower, the shower soothes me, I will aoso get on my treadmill and exercise. Sometimes I will read, as I love reading, and it takes me away to another world. I will also journal or blog. My blog helps me to relax. I will sometimes also make a cup of coffee, before I start reading or writing, and drink it while I do those things. I will occasionally find some show to watch on tv, but I have to be in the mood to do that. If I am distressed or stressed then I can’t usually pay attention to the tv, but I can read a book and focus on that.
