  1. I love them. I am making a smoothie for breakfast on the weekdays. It is “eaten” fast, healthy, and still covers a full meal. I got a little lazy and usually put together half a banana, half an apple, an orange, some oats, and soy milk. Sometimes I put a kiwi or pinapples in instead of an apple. I love adding mango.
