TODAYS QUESTION

How do you see yourself primarily, as a writer or a blogger, and is there a difference?

I love to write. I don’t think I’m that good of a writer. Like, I couldnt make money from it. But I love my blog, blogging makes me happy, and gives me a sense of belonging.

As a blogger, I blog to raise awareness of mental illnesses, mainly dissociative identity disorder, and ptsd.

I also love to blog about my life, disability, and I like to write poetry.

Is there a difference between writer and blogger?

Yes, I think so. A writer writes to gain money from their writing, usually they will write articles or books. Most bloggers blog because they enjoy it. I know there are some blogs who monitise their work, but I think those are few and far between.
