A diet update

So recently I started to work very hard again on what I am eating, and on trying to be healthy.
I’ve been planning all of my meals, even down to planning what I will eat while I am at my parents for the weekend house.
Its going well for me. I weighed myself when I started.
Unfortunately I was not happy with my weight…I had gained some over easter and due to eating a lot the week of my birthday.
Currently I weigh 100 KG, 16 stone, or in pounds that is224 pounds.
I am disgusted with that, as a few years ago I was down to 200 pounds, and I’ve gained all of it back, due to my own carelessness.
I am determined to lose it again! Slowly, though. I will hope to steadily lose it over the next few months.
I will be weighing in on Tuesday of next week, and I hope to have lost some by then.
I am drinking tons of water, and I am eating a lot of healthy foods, fruit, vegetables, natural yogurt on my fruit, today we are having vegetable stir fry with noodles for dinner, that was what I chose.
My PA Frances is dieting also, so we are supporting one another. She is going to weigh me on tuesday, as I am using my scales that doesnt talk, since that one seems to be more accurate.
It weighs in KG’S, but I can convert it once I weigh in.
They say weight loss is 70 percent about diet, and 30 percent about exercising, and I think thats so true.
Heres to a good start this week!
