Foods I wanna try when I visit Colorado

I just got off of facetime, with my friend sarah, who I’ll hopefully be going to visit at some point in the not too distant future, sarah lives in colorado, in fort collins to be exact.
We were discussing food, as we sometimes do. We were talking about the different foods I wanna try out when I come visit.
What I wanna do is try out different foods, and then either take pictures of them, or take videos of myself trying them, and post them on my blog and on facebook.
Just to show my experiences of trying new foods!
I’ve decided I wanna try a buffalo burger, buffalo burgers arent something we get here, because buffalo arent an animal that are over here.
I’ve also decided I am going to go to cracker barrel, and I want to try their country fried steak, fried apples, and tater tots with green chili and cheese.
Sarah said she will get grits and let me try hers, as I dont think I’d like it, but I do want to try it out just to see if I do or not.
There are plenty of foods I wanna try! If anyone has any suggestions for me please let me know what I could try out! I’m all ears!
This is going to be so much fun!

  1. Cracker Barrel changed their country fried chicken, I don’t like it as much anymore. I’ve never tried their country fried steak, I’ll have to give it a try. Their fried apples are great. I love the fried okra too, it’s very mild, you’d probably like it. They used to have fried chicken livers, I’m sad they stopped them. They were great with white gravy on them. The spicy grilled catfish is really good there. I’ve had buffalo burgers, they’re good, but not super special. I’d get one again though, they are good enough for that. I like grits with sugar and milk, I hate them plain, or, as is commonly served, with cheese.
