Weight loss update

So I went a little off track with my diet. I am getting back on track today!
I am going to hit the treadmill later on this morning!
I shall try to do 30 minutes on it!
A good workout is just what I need!
I’ve been eating some junk food recently, so, its time to cut that out!
I need to go back to having a ttreat once a week!
Why is losing weight so difficult!
Hopefully this time next week I’ll be down a few pounds!
