I’m still here but not ok

I’m still around. But I’m not really ok. I’ve been feeling very dissociative and very out of it.
I’ve slept for most of the day. I just feel really off.
I’m not really able to put my finger on why I feel like this.
At least I ate something, thats a positive.
I’ll be seeing my mom tomorrow. I need to see someone. I feel very lonely.
So much for a nice, relaxing, chilled out weekend.
It certainly hasnt turned out that way.

  1. Sometime we need help. I do the vitamins now and the healthy teas. This coronavirus world allow us to think too much. Need a good book, a good movie to make our mind wander to better things. We must find something to make us smile. maybe a phone call. Hello from Michigan dear Carol anne.

      1. I bought two Emily Dickenson books today. Hard to find. Next warm day. I will find a place in the sun and I will read. Me too. I own more books than I can count. I love the books.

      2. Okay. I like the YouTube. All the great books for free. I listen to Bukowski and Hemingway books last week. The audiobooks are cool. Can access when needed dear Carol anne.
