Bee’s Poem of the Day: Harvesting New Leaves

Hello everybody, happy Tuesday despite everything.

I am a little early with this poem because young beech leaves do not appear until May I think.Β  But they are delicious if you can find some away from streets and car fumes.

Carol Anne has challenged me to a poem about “spring time” and here it is:

Harvesting new leaves
The taste of young beech is so fresh
Such astonished looks

Thanks for reading. Please stay safe, stay kind and remember you rock!
