The anxiety monster strikes

Anxiety has struck me again.
I’ve taken a haldol to try to calm down.
I am feeling really, really agitated and anxious.
My stomach is in knots. My heart is racing.
I am shaky and hot and clammy.
Anyone who thinks anxiety is an easy thing to live with, think again!
Its no walk in the park!
I took 10 mg of haldol, I probably took too much, but 10 mg tablets are all I have.
I think it is gonna be a long evening.

  1. Sending you a hug. You get through this. You are one of the strongest women I know and who I spires me a lot 🤗 Have you ever tried breathing exercises against anxiety? If you want to I can send you some links via email. 🙋‍♀️🐝

      1. It’s a question of practising. I still have times when it just simply doesn’t work and I need to do other things. But I felt the more I did them when I didn’t need them the more they helped. 🤗🙋‍♀️🐝
