CPN check in call

I had a call from Sarah, my CPN this afternoon. It was a check in call, we decided that just for this week, she’d call me on Monday, instead of her usual thursday or friday call, because I am having therapy with eileen on thursday this week.
Sarah and I just had a general catch up, we talked about my ptsd, sleep, meds, and other symptoms I’ve been having lately.
I asked her if she was going to see Dr. Barry this afternoon, usually there’s a team meeting on Monday afternoons, she said she would be seeing her, so I asked her if she could ask Dr. Barry if there would be any chance I could see her face to face this week, since I have to go up to the hospital anyway, to get my trevicta shot.
She said she’d ask her and text me tomorrow to let me know what dr. barry said and if I can see her or if I’ll have to have a phone appointment instead.
She also said she’d text me on Friday, to see if I need the support of weekend team this weekend, if I do she’ll make the referral to them for me.
She’s incredibly supportive, I’m very lucky to have her. I am grateful she’s given me her mobile number also, and if I need to I can text or call her during the week, usually I dont though, but knowing I can if I need to is a big help.
