Fowc: Village!

I wonder what its like to live in a village, I’ve never experienced that.
I’ve always lived in the city!
I often wonder, if I’d like living in the country, or in a village, it seems nice from what I’ve read about it.
Everyone seems to know everyone, people look out for one another, or I think they do.
But, what I wouldnt like is, everyone knowing my business, as I’m sure is the case if you live in the country or in a village!
Plus, there probably isnt much to do!
And, there are probably hardly any shops, or amenities which means traveling a long distance if you need something.
Nope, I think I’ll stick to city life!

  1. I live in a village about 5 minutes from the sea. No one knows our business. It’s so peaceful and quiet and more importantly safe. We have a coop, a Chinese takeaway, and an Indian takeaway. As well as beautiful lakes and wildlife: we see wildlife out our front window every day. I used to live in a city and there was never a dull moment with drunks, police etc. The quiet here makes us feel so safe. We can smell seaweed in our back garden so we don’t even have to go to the beach if we don’t want to.
