I’ve been sleeping a bit better the past 2 nights. I tried going to bed a little earlier, forcing myself to go even if I dont feel tired. That seems to be helping.
Earlier this evening, I was falling asleep on the couch, but I forced myself to wake up and stay awake, which believe me was very difficult.
I’m happy my sleep seems to be settling down.
