The weekend team called me!

I just had my weekend call from a nurse at the weekend team, which is the mental health team that works on the weekend, dr. Barry referred me to them this weekend for some extra support.
The nurse was someone I knew from being in the hospital, as she used to work on the ward and so I felt comfortable talking to her.
We didnt talk for long, but we had a nice chat and discussed my sleep, plans for the weekend, symptoms, and I also told her I was at my parents house right now.
She’s going to phone me again tomorrow. And she also said if I needed to I could call her back, she’s working until 5 PM today. I probably wont need to call her back, but knowing that I can if I need to helps a lot.
I got some good sleep last night so I feel pretty good this morning. I am going to do some exercise on the treadmill, have a nice bubble bath later on this afternoon, and then I will read my book for the evening.
