  1. I usually get enough hours of sleep, but it’s been taking me way too long at night before I get to sleep. I saw my nurse practitioner a few hours ago and she suggested taking my night time meds an hour earlier, and if that doesn’t work, try two hours earlier. I hope it works, laying in bed awake is no fun.

  2. Enough sleep is relative. Everyone is different. I have never been a big sleeper, and usually only get 3-4 hours per night, if I am lucky. But I am thriving. I just don’t require a lot of sleep. I get up early and stay up late. 🙂
