5 favourite cold remedies #5things

Today’s prompt for #5Things is favorite cold remedies.

I dont get colds too often, but when I do I have a few remedies I use to help me feel better.

1. Nasal spray
I use nasal spray to unblock my nose, and eleviate the congestion I feel.
2. Hot lemon drinks
I usually use lemsip, a brand of lemon drink with paracetamol in it, there is a cold and flu brand, which I usually use to help with the discomfort.
3 Cough sweets
I am not a big fan of these, but occasionally they do help, so I do use them sometimes.
4 Vics vapour rub
This is very good for rubbing on your chest, or if you get the inhaler then inhaling it, and it unblocks your nose right away. Its strong, but very good at getting the job done and making you feel better.
5 Logging my symptoms
I do this to see how bad my symptoms are and how quickly they are easing, it really helps me, and I can track my progress and see how long it is taking me to get well again.
