Weight loss update

I’ve been having a pretty good week, my diet is going well.
I have had a lot of yummy food, and really healthy food, I’ve had no junk food, despite craving it a lot tonight.
When I had the cravings I got out an apple and 2 mandarins and I ate those.
I dont have any chocolate in the house now, its just easier if I dont put temptation in my way.
I have been eating a lot of fruit and veg, today I had lovely homemade tomato soup that my sister made for me.
I’ve also been eating a lot more protein, including eggs, which I had this morning for breakfast, and I will have them tomorrow morning as well.
I’m so hoping for a loss when I weigh in on Monday. I’ve worked so hard this week, hopeful it’ll pay off for me.
