What depression feels like

Doom and gloom
Everlasting it seems
Pity party, that is me
Really low all day long
Every day it seems
So sad, its in my bones
So overwhelmed, so down
I feel invisible, unseen
Overwhelm spreads through my core
Not going to give up though, there has to be a way out of this depression.
