My plan is to avoid chocolate, crisps, sweets, cakes, cookies, and other sweet treats! I want so badly to lose weight! I will have a treat on the weekends, but I will limit this to one thing, I did find some wine that is only 55 calories a glass, so a small glass of that wont hurt, but I dont drink regularly anyway, I know it seemed as if I do, from my recent posts. But that was just for christmas, I had a few nights where I did drink. But on a normal weekend, I rarely drink.
I am so determined to get the weight off!
I have never wanted anything so much as I want this!
Whatever I have to do to do it, I’m gonna do it!
