#3Things Challenge #465

As I tucked in to the chicken wings, I lamented on the year that just passed. Parts of it were positive. It wasnt all bad. I spent time reflecting on how it had gone for me, and I realised that actually I am very lucky. I didnt end up in the hospital for mental health reasons. I have support, I have my therapist, psychiatrist, and CPN community psychiatric nurse. Without all of them, I am pretty sure I would’ve ended up in the hospital at some point this past year.
Thankfully I didnt, and now the year had come to an end, and I was enjoying our little new years eve party. I am now almost 4 years hospital free, and I really hope that I will be able to get through another year without needing the hospital.
