Its hard not to gain weight over christmas. We dip our hands in to boxes of chocolates, tins of cookies, we eat christmas cake, mince pies, and christmas pudding. So many wonderful treats we indulge in.
A new year is beginning, its time to purge the treats, get rid of them out of the house, for me, anyway. I need to start as I mean to go on.
2021 here I come! By the end of the year I hope to be looking at a new me, a skinnier version of myself.

SO very true. Being the chef I put on weight just cooking the stuff! Good luck on the diet plan and Happy New Year!

Yup. even you don’t like it, you have to taste it to be sure its right. Still at least I get to cook delicious food for my family too.

Yeah it is. I grew up learning to bake and cook with my mum and grandmother and had great meals every day. So, it was special to me to be able take the reins and serve them great meals in return.
