Di has given us these 3 things to work with today:
Its hard not to gain weight over christmas. We dip our hands in to boxes of chocolates, tins of cookies, we eat christmas cake, mince pies, and christmas pudding. So many wonderful treats we indulge in.
A new year is beginning, its time to purge the treats, get rid of them out of the house, for me, anyway. I need to start as I mean to go on.
2021 here I come! By the end of the year I hope to be looking at a new me, a skinnier version of myself.
