Welcome to Fandangos Flash Fiction Challenge.

The image below is from Ryan McGuire at Pixabay. For the visually challenged writer, the photo shows a person who has partially jumped into an upper dryer along a row of stacked dryers at a laundromat.

George? Mary called.

Have you seen sammy?

Sammy was their black tabby cat.

No, george said, not this morning.

Well you’d better go look for him.

I think he might have jumped in a dryer when I took our laundry to the laundromat.

Are you serious? shrieked mary.

Get over there and go search for him!

George was on his feet within seconds.

He rushed to the laundromat hoping sammy was there.

He jumped into the dryer he’d been using, and sure enough, there was sammy, snuggled up in the back.
