Well I think I set my goal too high, I went on the treadmill but I wasnt able to do an hour on it. All I managed was 15 minutes, but thats good, too. I did 890 steps 0.95 KM in that time.
I will go on it again this evening, and try for another 15 minutes.
I will have to build up my stamina slowly. I’m not fit at all.
If I can do 30 minutes all week this week, that’ll be great.
It is a workout, and I am exercising, which is good.
I am also getting in the habit of doing it daily which is also good.
Progress is progress. So congrats on that
