My Sleep is so fucked up again!

I’ve been awake for almost 48 hours!
My sleep is very, very messed up!
I’m not even tired at this point! I’m sure the tiredness is going to hit at some point though.
I did get 1 hour this morning, from 10 AM until 11. I jolted awake very suddenly after an hour, not sure what woke me up but I had to get up anyway as my aunt and mom were coming over.
I am very wound up at the moment!
I am anci and feel agitated! I would lie down for an hour or two but my mind is racing so I dont think its such a great idea to do that!
I hope this sleep thing sorts itself out soon!

      1. I always sleep well. I get up at 07:30 and go to bed at 22:30. I don’t nap during the day, do plenty of exercise and eat meals at pretty much the same time every day. I have a routine, as I do when we’re not in lockdown. Of course, I don’t take any medicaments, not so much as an aspirin.
