So I got hardly any sleep tonight. I tried to go to bed early, I went at 10 PM, that is early for me.
I did fall asleep pretty quickly, but was awake again a few times, and eventually got up for good at 2 AM!
I’ve been super anxious and restless, so I got in the shower, to see if that would calm me, it did a little bit. Other than that, i’ve been reading blog posts, writing, and watching the tv.
I’m feeling tired physically but mentally I am wired! That isnt a good sign. I might try to take a haldol to see if that will calm me somewhat. I need to wind down.
