Record warmth and sunny days. This is because it got cold and we decided to spend nearly $600 to get our furnace fixed before winter really hit. It had died just as it got warm last spring. The day after we had it fixed, it went from freezing temperatures at night and chilly days to short-sleeve weather. At least the furnace is ready for when it does get cold again.
