Support from the weekend mental health team

This weekend I got phone support from the mental health weekend team. I had it on both Saturday and sunday. Both days I had someone different phone me. The nurse who phoned on saturday was called ailish, and I found her better than the nurse who phoned me on Sunday. The one who phoned on sunday was extremely quiet and did not have much to say to me. Plus, she didnt ask me a whole lot either. I hadnt come across either nurse before, so that made things a little bit more difficult. If I knew them it would have been so much easier to talk. But we made do. It felt nice to have a bit of a phone check in, and they will write some notes which Dr. Barry will read today. I dont have them again next weekend, but thats ok, Its only 10 days to my next apt with Dr. Barry, and that will be a face to face apt. I did tell both of the nurses about my sleep and how bad its been. I also told the nurse on Saturday about my plans for what I was gonna do for halloween since it is a huge trigger for us. She agreed that I should stay as busy as I could. Which is exactly what I did and we got through the night in one piece.
