I’M NOT READY

I’M NOT READY TO GO TO THERAPY. I’M NOT READY TO GIVE UP MY SECRETS, AND I’M NOT READY TO BE SEEN, EVEN THOUGH I DESPERATELY WANT TO BE SEEN AND VALIDATED. I’M SCARED. I’M REALLY, REALLY SCARED. WHAT IF MY WORDS DISAPPEAR. WHAT IF I CANT FIND THE WORDS TO SAY WHAT I WANT TO SAY. THERAPY IS HARD, I’VE SEEN EILEEN TALKING TO OTHERS BUT I AM JUST SUPER SCARED OF REJECTION.

  1. I hope you found the words, Lindy. Eileen is very patient and won’t force you to do what you’re not ready to do, but I think you will feel better when you talk to her. You see how she treats the others and there’s no reason she should treat you any differently, no matter what shocking secrets you think you have. She’s heard everything and won’t be shocked at anything you tell her. xxx
