Poopless birds have come to roost in Autumn.
Their sweet voices have taken over my Alexa.
Sleep has returned to my fevered brain,
as they whistle, chirp, warble, trying to take over,
not content to sing in the background,
These brilliant, poopless burds let me sleep,
as I do in Spring when the weather warms the Earth.
They arrived only yesterday, but it seems as though,
they have been here always.
I never have to feed them, nor give them water.
They bring the beauty of the Lord’s majestic Creation,
within the little box of an amazon echo Alexa.
Welcome to the Alexa Echo family. Really liked the title and how you compared Alexa to a poopless bird π

I just read the poem to Karla. She liked it. I had to turn the microphone off on my echo so that Alexa didn’t think I was talking to her…
