The 3 things for sunday were:

Everyone said how prim and proper kate was, everyone that is except her sister, jody.

Kate had an artistic flare, Jody did not.

She could make the most gorgeous baby clothes, again, people thought she was prim and proper, because there was never a stitch out of place in the little mittens or booties she made.

One day Jody asked kate to come to work with her, she worked in the local hospital, on the childrens ward, as a care assistant.

Kate was hesitant at first but then she said ok she’d go.

As they walked onto the ward, kate turned to jody.

Look at all those kids, they are so brave, braver than I could ever be, some of them are so sick, and they are facing their sickness with courage and bravery.

I think, kate said, I want to make a load of knitted items, and sell them to raise funds for the hospital, and the childrens ward.

Thats great Kate, Jody mused.

I think you should do it!

That day kate learned a hard lesson, she didnt forget it for many years to come.
