Truthful Tuesday October 13th 2020

This week, for truthful tuesday Frank is asking:
What New Years traditions, if any, do you observe, and will the current state of things have any bearing on those traditions for this coming year?

I am usually with my parents on new years eve. A few years I’ve been away in america, but usually I’m at their house.
We usually just watch some tv, and have a few drinks. Its usually a quiet sort of evening for us.
We will watch a countdown to midnight show on tv, and at midnight we all wish each other a happy new year, and then we go out to the front of the house to watch the fireworks that our neighbours let off.
Its pretty cool, except mostly Nitros terrified of them!
Not much will change for us this year, but if we go into lockdown I might not be able to go to my parents house at all, I’m not sure about that yet.
I hope it wont come to that!
